Fit Over 50
Think working out could be dangerous or maybe just boring?
Maybe you are not sure what you should be doing?
If you have some preconceptions about what you can and cannot do, then come into Addie’s Studio for a closely monitored and precisely tailored circuit training workout designed especially for your demographic. Exercise is great for all ages and the benefits can be very profound.
Don’t dismiss the possible successes you can achieve by getting active in a controlled and safe environment for only 25 minutes.

- 8 Classes: $130 per month

Boot Camp
Not too fond of working out indoors, but know that resistance training exercises lead the way to a great physique? Then this is the right class for you.
In 50 action packed minutes you will be able to experience the warmth of the sun and the coolness of the spring air while completing an invigorating workout. Breathe in fresh air to recover from a multitude of calisthenic exercises. If you have never done a calisthenic only workout, you are in for a surprise.
Exercises using your own body weight are a great way to stay fit outside of the gym and take advantage of our great San Diego climate.
