Addie's Team Transformation Fitness Challenge

Entry Fee:

$50.00 per person (Team of 5)

$100 per person with many other benefits (see below for all the details and options on different package levels.)

Grand Prize: $1,250 to the team with the greatest percentage of relative body fat lost during the contest!

Rules of the contest:

  • Regardless of which entry fee or package level you sign up for, you will be eligible for the grand prize!
  • Five (5) people to each team, must include 3 non members/clients (no obligation to join).
  • A team may consist of 5 non-members. We can place you on a team if needed.
  • The first body fat testing is Oct 4th (5-6pm), Oct 6th (7:45-8:30pm), and Oct 9th (9-10:30am) at Addie's Studio.
  • Addie’s Team Transformation Fitness Challenge

    The final body fat testing is Nov 15th (5-6pm), Nov 17th (7:45-8:30pm), and Nov 20th (9-10:30am) at Addie's Studio.
  • All participants must complete a registration and liability form.
  • Clients and non-clients are recommended to complete 4 workouts per week minimally (24 workouts total) during the contest, a combination of strength training, cardiovascular, and group fitness classes are recommended to achieve maximum results
  • A minimum of 10 teams must participate in order to run the contest. A full refund will be given to each participant if the minimum requirements are not met.
  • No refunds will be issued after the registration fee is paid unless the minimum requirements are not met.
  • If there are more than 10 teams, the grand prize is still $1,250.
  • The team that loses the greatest percentage of their relative body fat wins!
Team Transformation Final party Nov. 22nd from 7-8:30pm: Light food and beverages will be served and Winning team will be announced!

  • Free chiropractor exam and $20 for adjustment by Dr. Mick (next door to Addie's)
  • 10% off of all Personal training and all classes @ Addie's!
  • 2 recipes per week via email!
  • 4 free outdoor group classes!
  • Q & A via email- Addie will answer your questions during the entire contest!
All-Star package (recommended)-$229.00

Includes: Both Gold and Platinum packages plus:

  • Free 30 minute massage by Wellness Massage by Bobbie (next door to Addie's)
  • 1 fitness assessment & (6) 25 minutes 1 on 1 personal training session at Addie's Studio ($379 value)!

Women and Wine Party - Oct 2010

Addie's Studio Quarterly Women and Wine Party benefiting Autism Tree Project Foundation!

Do you know a lady that works at a company or owns her own company that wants to have a promotional table at Addie's Studio's Women and Wine Party? Our last party had over 50 women networking, mingling, and having great food and wine.

Addie loves to bring women together to soft network. Having a table is not the minimum requirement to attend. The minimum requirements are the desire to meet new people, make connections, talk about business, and have a good time. If you want to have a table that's great too!

This provides an opportunity to use a table to display your promotional products, brochures, and other business items. Having fun is optional! So if you are a lady or know a gal that just likes to network, or would have interest in a table to show case their business, this night is for you!

When: October 19th
Time: 7-9pm
Cost: $5 to get in the door (includes 1 drink ticket and entry)
Wine: $3 per glass there after
Table for your business: $40.

In order to showcase all the great businesses women have and represent businesses can only have a table every 9 months.

Benefiting Autism Tree Project Foundation

In 2007 Addie's first child Reese was diagnosed with Autism. Addie owns Addie's Personal Training Studio that hosts the "Remodel Your Body" Challenge. The last two years Addie's raised over $14,000. This year our goal is $20,000.

The Challenge: Lose the greatest relative amount of body fat and gain the most relative amount of muscle in 8 weeks

Start Date: April 3rd
Body fat measurements 9-11am at Addie's Personal Training Studio

Boot Camps: Start April 10th– May 27th on Saturday's from 9-9:50am at Kate Sessions Park in Pacific Beach.

End Date: May 29th
Body fat measurements 9-11am at Addie's Personal Training Studio

Awards Ceremony: June 5th 12-3pm
The winner will receive a voucher for 12-25 minute personal training sessions at Addies valued at $720

Entry Fee: $100 per adult (REMODEL YOUR BODY)/ $50 per kid 5yrs.-12 yrs. old (MOVE YOUR BODY)- includes 7 boot camp workouts. Everyone is eligible, encourage family, co-workers and friends
